Your private event deposit will hold your event date and will be refunded once the minimum number of guests have been reached.  Should you fail to meet the guest minimum, your deposit will be refunded less the per person charge of the remaining guests not registered.  Should you cancel your private event less than two weeks before, your deposit will be forfeited.
