February is Heart Month.
This month reminds us to check in with our hearts—both physically and emotionally. It’s a time to be intentional about our well-being, to care for ourselves and others.
February is also Black History Month, a time of reflection, celebration, and honoring the contributions, resilience, and history of Black individuals and communities. It’s a reminder of the strength found in connection, in lifting one another up, and in the importance of remembering and sharing stories that shape us all.
And of course, February brings Valentine’s Day, a celebration of love in all its forms. Love isn’t just about romance—it’s in the way we care for ourselves, show up for our communities, and nurture the relationships that sustain us. This month is an opportunity to slow down, be present, and intentionally choose love—whether that means reaching out to a friend, practicing self-care, or finding joy in the simple moments. Let’s move through this month with intention, gratitude, and love—honoring our hearts, our history, and each other.
